Publications
Accepted papers presented during ELMECO-12 & WoTEAM-1 will be published in the Conference Proceedings issued by the Publishing House of Lublin University of Technology. Selected high-quality papers may additionally be recommended for publication in partner scientific journals after an extended peer-review process.
Printed copies of the book of abstracts will be provided to participants during the conference. Participants attending online will receive an electronic version (PDF), which will be sent to the email addresses provided during registration.
Conference Proceedings
ISBN
Conference Proceedings will be assigned an ISBN.
DOI
Conference Proceedings will be assigned a DOI. It is very likely that each paper will be assigned its own DOI.
Open Access
Proceedings will be available electronically in an Open Access option.

PLEASE NOTE! Publication of an article presented at the ELMECO-12 and WoTEAM-1 events is subject to an additional publication fee charged by the selected partner journal. For Processes, this is 2400.00 CHF; for Archives of Electrical Engineering and PRZEGLĄD ELEKTROTECHNICZNY, it is 500.00 EUR; and for IAPGOS, there is no charge. The APC must be paid, following acceptance of the article, directly into the partner journal’s account, in coordination with the organising committee.
Peer Review
All submitted manuscripts will undergo a double-blind peer-review process conducted by at least two independent reviewers.
Templates for Book of Abstracts (Conference Proceedings)
Attention! The copyright declaration can be submitted in one of the following ways:
- signing the file with an electronic signature (qualified, trusted, or personal),
- printing the document, signing it by hand, and sending the scan back,
- submitting the declaration in the body of the email, but in this case, the name and surname of the person submitting the declaration should be provided below the declaration so that the person submitting the declaration can be identified.
The copyright declaration can also be sent after registration (it does not have to be attached when filling out the registration form) to contact e-mail: elmeco@intersec.org.pl.
Accepted abstracts without a copyright declaration will not be published in the abstract book!
Important Notes
- All papers must be written in English.
- Only original, unpublished work is accepted.
- At least one author must register.
- Only presented papers will be included in the Proceedings.
